The Mindfulness for Fertility program follows the 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction curriculum. Alda and Stephanie create a safe, supportive online space where you can connect with others, share your experience, and learn mindfulness techniques and tools.
Research on mindfulness has many proven benefits for fertility patients; it has been shown to reduce the emotional burden of fertility treatment, increase resilience and well being, decrease anxiety and depression. We hope you will join us and look forward to welcoming you.
