Helen McEvoy
Helen struggled with infertility for almost 10 years before she and her husband were lucky enough to have their two sons. She is now very passionate about advocating for equal access to fertility support for all Canadians. She understands first-hand how critical it is to have the right support when struggling to build a family. She is thrilled to be part of the FMC board with an opportunity to ensure support is available to all Canadians in need.
In her professional life, Helen is a seasoned, customer-focused leader with a proven track record of driving results. She has been at TD Bank for almost 20 years, where she has held executive roles across several functions, including Organizational Transformation, P&L, Strategy, Data & Analytics, Business Architecture, and Marketing, supporting almost every business at TD, including Personal Banking, Wealth, Insurance, Auto Finance and central Corporate teams. She has repeatedly led transformational efforts in these roles that have had a significant impact on the businesses they serve. Prior to TD, Helen worked as a management consultant, which provided her with a strong foundation in strategy, analytics, and finance.
She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and has been part of several leadership development programs in and outside TD to build her skills and expertise. Helen has lived and worked in several cities across Canada, the US, and Europe and is fully bilingual in French.
