Reflections of the Moon on Water: Healing Women’s Bodies and Minds Through Traditional Chinese Wisdom
by Xiaolan Zhao
This book is the book that made me want to study Chinese Medicine and practice women’s medicine. Xiaolan writes about women’s health through all stages of life, from menstruation to pregnancy to menopause. It is a different and refreshing read as we don’t tend to think of the body in the same way in the west. A must read for any woman! Check it out here.
